1.This Machine is manual machine and earmarked for PVC fittings (short pipes) with belling square-type (J-type).

2.The belling scope is from 50mm to 160mm. The pipes’ length is from 0.25m to 0.5m.

3.Heating Method: Four heaters. The temperature is controlled accurately by temperature controller.

4.The fixed hydraulic pressure is 6.3 MPa, and compressed air pressure is 0.6 Mpa.

5.Molding method: with air blow.

6.Total power: 10 KW. Power source: 380V, 50HZ and three-phase (or according to customer request).

7.Mould material: 45# steel with Cr electroplating.

8.All electrical control components are according to the international safety certification identification, like CE. The brand of PLC and touching screen is Siemens; temperature controller is Omron, the disposition is Schneider Electric, etc.

9.Overall Dimensions: Length2000mm×Width1000mm×Height1400mm. Gross Weight:About 800kg

10.The control system of electric heating adopts human-machine interface and menu touching-screen of English and Chinese.

11.Warranty period: electrical parts is six month, other parts is one year.

12.Delivery Date: Within 45 days after receipt of down-payment.
